In order to thrive, children need a stimulating, hands-on learning environment where they can feel accepted, connected, and valued from the very start. The JCC Wolk Children’s Center offers a high-quality childhood education experience for all children from 8 weeks through Pre-K,  two options for full-day Kindergarten (3 day and 5 day), and a three-day a week school-age hybrid learning support for grades 1–12.

School Day at the J
Grades 1–12

The JCC Wolk Children's Center believes that children grow best with exploration, discovery and play. We provide a supportive and caring environment to celebrate each child’s uniqueness and build empathy for others.  Every child is encouraged to question and understand their world and build lifelong Jewish values.

Each day at the Center is filled with learning opportunities to encourage your child’s curiosity, foster social skills, and stimulate key interest centers — including creative art, language and literacy, sensory and motor, and cognitive development.

More about the program:

We offer two Kindergarten options – a full day, 5-day week program and a 3-day a week program to help support remote hybrid school programs.

The JCC is here to help your family with the challenge of hybrid learning this school year. Remote learning can be stressful for both students and families. We can help.

From one of our enrolled student's parents:

"..,I just wanted to reach out and say a huge thank you for everything you and your team does at the J for John - I could not be getting through this time without your help and the help of Mike and Oliver and Brendon and the daily support given to John. They are an amazing team and John if given the choice would be there 5 days a week until 8pm - he loves it. Mike especially goes out of his way daily to support John with his homework and keeps him focused which is not always an easy task, he also touches base with me when issues come up which I appreciate. They play chess with John, are working on a play, keep him active and are positive role models for him in a Jewish environment which is so important to me and I know it is part of why John likes being there. I'm so grateful you are open right now and running this program and wanted to thank you!!!"
