HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR JCC ACCOUNT

  1. LOG IN OR FIND YOUR ACCOUNT: Click here Enter your phone number or e-mail address to locate your account. If it doesn’t find your account, try a different phone number or e-mail. All current and former members already have accounts. 

  2. ENTER YOUR PASSWORD: lf you have not yet created or do not recall your JCC password, click “Forgot your password?” to send a password reset code to your phone or e-mail. Check your junk mail if you don’t see the e-mail within a few minutes.

  3. RESERVE YOUR SPOT: After successfully logging in, continue with one of the following options: 

Lap Pool Reservation Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner. Select “Schedule A Visit” and select date and time for your workout. 

Group Fitness Class Registration Click on “Programs” in the upper right corner. Select "Group X Cardio & Strength" and then select your class date and time. Please note there is both an in-person and online option.

JCC GROUP X CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AQUATICS

Aqua Bootcamp High intensity speed and movement training that maximizes fitness in a low impact, fun environment.

Aqua Zumba Latin dance beats follow exercisers into the pool in this unique blend of water aerobics and dance.

HydroRider Spin your wheels in the water in this unique indoor cycling class in the pool. Class will be held in the Family Pool. *Aqua shoes required.*

STUDIO

Barre Moderate intensity: A unique, high energy class that combines elements of Ballet, Pilates, and functional training to give you a full body workout. This class focuses on alignment, flexibility, strength training, balance, and core conditioning to develop and sculpt long and lean muscles.

Burn Zone Bootcamp Moderate to high intensity: Cardio and strength segments alternate for a total body workout. Burn calories, improve strength and endurance, and maximize your exercise potential

Cardio Fit Moderate intensity: An aerobics class designed to fit high or low impact needs. Choose your intensity level and train and improve your cardiovascular system. Suitable for all.

Cardio Kick & Sculpt Moderate to high intensity: A high energy class combining the blast of cardio kickboxing mixed with body sculpting using not only bodyweight, but various hand weights and bands. This full body workout is perfect for everyone!

Core & More Low to moderate intensity: Work muscles mainly responsible for the core and include upper and lower body muscles, with an extended flexibility/stretching segment. Suitable for all.

Cycling Moderate to high intensity: This challenging class guides participants to control speed, resistance, and use of power, through guided cycling drills. Get ready to develop your cardiovascular strength and endurance with motivating music and atmosphere! Suitable for all.

Fusion Moderate to high intensity: This NEW, interval style class will challenge your cardiovascular endurance with 30 minutes of cycling, followed by 30 minutes of load-based work to intensify your strength training.

HIIT High intensity:  Interval training incorporates short periods of intense anaerobic exercises, followed by short periods of recovery, delivering maximum results in less time. This class in recommended for experienced exercisers. Modifications will be shown.

Mat Pilates Mixed Levels Moderate intensity: A system of physical conditioning exercises involving low-impact moves and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso. Get strong from the inside out! Suitable for all.
*Please bring your own mat.

Mixed Levels Vinyasa Yoga A class that challenges both beginners and advanced students alike, with a thoughtful arrangement of poses. This class offers proper modifications for beginners and options for advanced students. A great way to experience the mind/body connection. Suitable for all levels.

SilverSneakers Classic Low intensity: A variety of exercises designed for the senior adult–increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Use hand weights, resistance bands, and a ball. The class remains seated for the majority of the class.

Silver&Fit Experience Low to moderate intensity: For moderately active older adults who regularly exercise 1–2 days per week. This class is designed to increase and challenge flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class is done standing

Strong Nation Moderate to high intensity: A fun and effective workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training. This workout is synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. This class is a 30-minute format to push your limits in a condensed time frame!

WerQ Moderate to high intensity: This fitness class is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip-hop music.

Zumba Moderate to high intensity: Dance your way through a good sweat! Infused with Latin, hip hop and international influences, you won’t even know that you are exercising. Feel the music and let it move you.Ven a bailar con nosotros!


INDOOR FITNESS CLASS GUIDELINES

  • Fitness classes will be in-person. The class will be streamed via Zoom as well
  • Both the in-person and the Zoom class require a reservation
  • In-person fitness classes require membership in Group X 
  • For October, the streaming version of the class is open to all members
  • Registration for classes will open 7 days before class start time
  • Registration for classes will close 30 minutes prior to class start time
  • You can cancel your class up to 1 hour before class start time 
  • Please allow yourself enough time to update your membership application and sign a waiver
    if this is your first time back at the JCC
  • Masks are required at all times, including during your work out
  • Please bring your own mat, if applicable.
  • Please bring a filled water bottle, and towel, if needed
  • Please wear proper footwear and workout attire
  • Please maintain appropriate social distancing from other members
 
VIRTUAL ZOOM CLASSES
  • We are streaming a live, in-person class - audio and video may not sync up at all times. 
  • If you experience a major lag, please exit the class and re-enter. 
  • Please note that some classes will be using specific equipment found at the JCC.
  • To access the virtual class after registering, you may either copy and paste the Zoom URL,
    or type the Meeting ID and Password into your Zoom account.
  • Your microphone will automatically be muted, please keep it muted for the duration of class.
