SilverSneakers Classic

A variety of exercises designed for the senior adult to increase muscular strength, range of movemement and acitvity for daily living.  This classes uses hand held weights, resistance bands and a ball.  You have the option to remain seated for the majority of the class.

*Please note: SilverSneakers members are welcome to attend all any class on the Group Fitness, Pool, Yoga/Pilates and Group Cycling schedules as well.

SilverSneakers Circuit

Increase cardiovascular development in this level 2 class.  This standing circuit workout wil build upper body strength using a variety of equipment and challenge the lower body with choreographed non impact aerobics

SilverSneakers Yoga

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
