Compete with yourself and your groupmates in this high intensity workout designed to build strength and endurance in a small group training setting.  The JCC's own BATTLEZONE format will push you to be the best YOU during training.  MYZONE provides instructors with the information they need to make sure you're getting the best and most effective workout during the session.  It is important to recognize that your effort and the effort of your training group partner may appear different, and with MYZONE we see more than what meets the eye! This allows us to provide an amazing work-out no matter your fitness level.  Be prepared to sweat, and leave feeling better than you ever have after a workout!! 

What is MYZONE?

Small Group Training with Bev!

Wednesdays, 4:45-5:30pm, Downstairs Group X
FREE Demo August 2.  Groups will then run for 4 weeks (Aug 9, 16, 23, & 30)

This small group training is circuit and interval style with an emphasis on core strengthening, improving balance, and increasing strength & endurance. Bev will bring you through a mindful workout that focuses on form, empowerment through motion and is fun for all participants! This class is appropriate for people of all ages, and modifications for the more advanced, and the beginner will be provided. Participants must be able to get down on the floor and get back up (with or without assistance).  

Member: $60 ($15 per group training session)


Active Older Adults: Small Group Training with Andrea! 

Mondays and Wednesdays- 7:00pm-8:00pm.; Saturdays - 11:15am - 12:15 am

Mondays/Wednesdays - Small Group Training Studio; Saturdays - TRX Studio

This small group training class, started in 2015, is targeted for active older adults seeking to increase their strength, cardio endurance, flexibility, and balance in a social environment that fosters individual attention to form and ability. Mondays/Wednesdays typically use a circuit and interval style where Saturdays provide stations in a circuit style.

Participants must be able to get down on the floor and get back up (with or without assistance).

Member Price: One day/week - $75 ($15 per group training session, typically the group is run in 5 week increments); two days/week - $150; three days/week - $225

 Thrivers! Small Group Training for Breast Cancer Survivors

“Thrivers!” Is small group personal training geared towards those who have conquered breast cancer and live today to not only survive, but thrive! If you have overcome breast cancer, or are currently battling, come join this small group personal training that will focus on increasing strength, stamina, range of motion all in an understanding group of your fellow strong women!

Small Group Training with Shara! 

This small group training is strength-based interval training focused on eliciting various targeted heart rate ranges.  This group would be great for anyone looking to improve overall strength, endurance and muscular range of motion!

Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, 9:15am, Small Group Training Room

Member: $15 per session     Non-member: $25 per session
