MYZONE® BATTLEZONE
Compete with yourself + classmates in this high intensity workout designed to build strength and endurance in a small group training setting.

MYZONE® SPIN
Take the guess work out of your cardio. Keeping your heart rate in certain zones while cycling can improve overall cardiovascular health.

MYZONE® MOVEIT EXPRESS
30 minutes of high intensity interval based training. See what you're capable of with MYZONE.

Sign-up and grab a strap. Join us for month-to-month, unlimited classes or drop-in to test it out. Full class schedule days and times are coming soon!

Member: $59.99/month*
Student Member: $29.99/month*

*An additional one-time purchase of your own MYZONE MZ-3 strap is required for $20** (with ability to use a heart rate monitor owned by the JCC during the class) or own your own MZ-3 for $99. To purchase your own MZ-3, stop by the Main Desk.

Tuesday:

5:45am: Battlezone with Rachel (Small Group Training Room)

10am: Moveit with Ursula (Escape HUB- Downstairs Fitness Center)

6pm: Spin with TBD (Cycling Studio)

Wednesday:

9am Battlezone with TBD (Small Group Training Room)

12:00pm: MoveIt with Ursula (Escape HUB- Downstairs Fitness Center)

5:45pm: Battlezone with Rachel (Small Group Training Room)

Thursday:

5:45am: Battlezone with Eke (Small Group Training Room)

Small Group Personal Training
Enjoy personal training in a group setting for just $15 each per person.

Small Group Training with Bev!

Day/Time: Wednesdays- 4:45pm-5:30pm.  
Dates: FREE Demo Aug 2nd.  Groups will then run for 4 weeks (Aug 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th)
Where: Downstairs Group Exercise Studio

Description:  This small group training is circuit and interval style with an emphasis on core strengthening, improving balance, and increasing strength & endurance. Bev will bring you through a mindful workout that focuses on form, empowerment through motion and is fun for all participants! This class is appropriate for people of all ages, and modifications for the more advanced, and the beginner will be provided.  Participants must be able to get down on the floor and get back up (with or without assistance).  

Member Price: $60 ($15 per group training session)

Drop-in Price: $20 per class

 

All training sessions need a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 people.
