Our Nationally Certified Expert Trainers will help you achieve your health and wellness goals with exercise sessions that are challenging, fun and inspirational. When working with a JCC Personal Trainer, you will benefit from a personal training session that is custom designed with your goals in mind. Your Goals are Our Goals.

As we continue to raise the bar on professional training, all JCC Personal Trainers are nationally certified and pursue educational and professional development on a continual basis.

An initial 30 minute consultation is required and will include:

  • A discussion concerning your personal medical history 
  • A Wellness assessment 
  • Flexibility test
  • Target heart rate
  • Realistic and attainable goal setting
  • TRX MAPS Movement Screen 

Additional Testing:

The tests will vary based on your trainer's recommendations and your individual abilities & goals.  These tests can be performed any time during your personal training sessions. Some examples of additional testing include, but are not limited to: 

  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
  • Muscular Strength Testing 
  • Endurance Testing 
  • More Extensive Body Measurments and Body Composition Analysis
  • Any other testing that is in line with your goals
