Increase your strength and flexibility through dance in a casual and fun atmosphere. 90 minute ballet class includes barre and center work including jumping and traveling combinations. Open to all levels, Members and Non-Members. Previous ballet/dance experience is helpful, but not required. Suitable for everyone 13 and up

Yoga for Parkinson's

Yoga is a very beneficial therapy for Parkinson's disease. It helps to increase flexibility; improve posture; loosen tight, painful muscles; build (or rebuild) confidence; and, through these benefits, enhance quality of life. This is a 6 week session. An evaluation is required prior to registration.
