Dive into our 25 yard, heated swimming pool with lifeguard on duty. With exercise classes, lap swim and open pool time this is the place where you can do cardiovascular work, toning and stretching without even breaking a sweat!

AquaCycling has become a fitness phenomenon because of the many incredible benefits- high caloric burn, lean muscle-building, increased circulation, cellulite reduction- combined with the low impact on joints. Taught by a certified arthritis instructor, this AEA class is ideal for anyone suffering from range of motion or flexibility problems. Designed to keep joints moving, this warm water based class will assist in reducing pain and stiffness. Fees are monthly for this continuous class.

Aquatic Personal Training

ALL NEW!!! Aquatic Personal and Group Training. These 30 and 45 minute sessions are designed to use the resistance of water to strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular conditioning. Easy on joints and great for those that are rehabbing injuries or haven't worked out in a while.
