The best way to know what you should focus on in the gym is to know where you are now. Come join us October 17th where trainers will be on staff to perform physical fitness testing. Some of the tests include: Strength tests, timed run/walk, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Flexibility, Body measurements and body fat analysis, and a variety of tests designed specifically for senior citizens. Pick which tests you would like to do- do as many or as few as you would like! All participants will be entered into a raffle for 1 free month of Personal Training!

Sukkot Yoga

Sukkot celebrates the gathering of the harvest and commemorates the miraculous protection provided for the children of Israel when they left Egypt. This pre-bedtime session will reflect on the many blessings we harvest throughout the year within our sacred dwelling, our body.
