- Capacity will be limited to 33% of occupancy in the fitness areas that are open.
- Everyone must wear a mask throughout their time at the JCC. This includes approaching the temperature check area and when you are working out. Please only lift your mask briefly to drink water.
- Members will complete a health self-assessment before having temperature taken and entering the building.
- Your temperature must be 100° or below. If you have a temperature above 100°, we will take your temperature up to 3 times.
- Upon entering the building, please sanitize your hands utilizing the hand sanitizing station.
- Please stay at least 6ft away from others whenever possible.
We are checking the temperatures of all members and staff before entering the JCC as an extra precaution to keep everyone safe. If your temperature is 100° or lower, you may enter. Anything above 100° is not acceptable.
Temperatures will be taken with a touchless temperature scanner.
At each visit, your temperature will be checked (acceptable temperature is 100° or lower) and you’ll be asked to complete a health self-assessment before you arrive.
We are happy to allow you time to cool off outside if you exerted yourself on your way here. We can take your temperature you up to 3 times if needed.
We are asking members to limit their time on cardio machines to 45 minutes and to limit the entire visit to 90 minutes.

What is the cleaning process going to be after use of the fitness equipment?While our staff will be taking extra cleaning measures throughout the day, we ask every member to please wipe down your equipment BEFORE and AFTER use. There will be sanitizing wipes available throughout the fitness center.
Once I’ve completed my workout and sanitized my machine, where do I go?When you’re done with your work out, you will follow a new path to the exit doors. Signage will be placed to assist.
Do I still enter the JCC at the regular entrance?Yes, entry and exit will be at the same door as usual.
Is the handicapped entrance located near the Fitness Center accessible?
Not at this time - FOBs have been deactivated for this door. Everyone will need to enter through the main door and go through a health check.
Are guest passes available?Not at this time. Our focus is on keeping our available capacity for our members, but this is something we will continue to evaluate.
Is there any new paperwork that I will need to complete?We will be obtaining updated contact details and asking every member to read and sign new terms and conditions and an indemnification waiver.
