Amy Stiller in Just Trust

AUGUST 26 & 27, 2017

What do you do when your brother is one of the biggest box office draws in the world? And your parents are comedy legends? YOU WRITE YOUR OWN SHOW!

AMY STILLER (yes, sister of Ben) is “relatively” famous…meaning her family is brother Ben Stiller and her parents are comedy legends Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara. Just Trust is Amy’s semi-autobiographical comedy of a spiritually desperate woman trying to emotionally survive as the only non-famous person in a very famous family.

Actress and Comedienne Amy Stiller brings this new work to CenterStage for one weekend only.

Just Trust is produced in association with Seth Goldman, Ellen Kaye and Ethan Fein for LiveIt!LIVE

ABOUT AMY STILLER
Amy made her film debut in 1970 in Lovers and Other Strangers, and has worked in film, television, stage continually since. She has been seen in both film and television, most notably on "Inside Amy Schumer," "Bored to Death" and "King of Queens." She has performed in regional theatre and Off-Broadway, credits including: I Ought to Be in Pictures, Beau Jest, The Heidi Chronicles, and Down the Garden Paths, written by her late mother, Anne Meara. She is published in two books: No Kidding: Women Writers on Bypassing Parenthood (edited by Henriette Mantel) and Dirty Laundry: Real Life, Real Stories, Real Funny (edited by Maggie Rowe and Andersen Gabrych).

Savagely funny and packed with an emotional punch, a woman (Davida Bloom) takes us on the ride of her life as she explores her teenage self and the transformative summer that forever changed her.
