Swim Lessons

Our certified instructors and group lessons serve swimmers of all ages, starting as early as 10 months, and build the foundation they need to feel comfortable and confident in the water. We also offer semi-private and private swim lessons for more individualized attention as you build strength and stamina.

Mon/Wed Doubles: Levels 1-6

Level 1 (READY)
Ages 3 - 4: Students in this level should be comfortable swimming with an instructor without their parent in the water.
In this class students will become comfortable with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water.

Level 2 (SET)
Ages 4 -5: Students in this level should be comfortable going underwater on their own. In this class students will learn to control their body movements, buoyancy, directional change and forward movement. Designed for students who are unable to float on their stomach or back on their own.

Level 3 (GO)
Ages 5 -7: Students in this level should be able to float on their stomach and back independently. In this class students will learn to swim to safety from longer distances.

This class is designed for students 8 months - 4 years old.Parents and children are introduced to the water and become comfortable through water games, songs, floating and fundamental safety and aquatic skills for parents.
