Swim Lessons

Our certified instructors and group lessons serve swimmers of all ages, starting as early as 10 months, and build the foundation they need to feel comfortable and confident in the water. We also offer semi-private and private swim lessons for more individualized attention as you build strength and stamina.

Tiny Tots & Parents 1

Designed for students 10 months - 2 years old who are not yet able to respond to verbal cues and jump on land. Parents and children are introduced to the water and become comfortable through water games, songs, floating and fundamental safety and aquatic skills for parents.

Stage 6: Stoke Mechanics: Students are able to complete 25 yards of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. Students refine stroke technique and learn about competitive swimming.

A pre-competitive swim program for advanced swimmers looking to increase their endurance and improve in the four competitive swim strokes.
