Deep H2O & Spin

Start with 25 minutes of deep water exercise, then move to 25 minutes of spinning, then cool down and stretch.  Must wear aqua shoes to participate.

Aqua Spin Plus

6:30 - 7:30pm

Add the resistance of water to your spinning.  Includes warm-up, high-intensity spin, cool down and stretch all in 45 minutes. This is a great 30 minute cardio work-out.  Must wear water shoes to take this class.  Class is limited to 13 bikes.

Senior Water Exercise

This low impact workout will challenge those who need to get into shape, have arthritis, or have had joint problems. This class incorporates low cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and balance work.
