Cardiac Fitness Classes
The Cardiac Fitness Program (Phase 3) is designed for individuals who have completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a Cardiac Program. The Cardiac Fitness Program suits all ages and is geared toward those who would like some individual attention while exercising. Your blood pressure will be monitored before and after exercise. Your heart rate will be monitored before, during and after exercise.
