Winter Youth Fitness Sessions are as follows:
Session 1 January 4- February 12
Session 2 February 22- March 25
**Registration is limited to one session per class

Encourage healthy habits and a positive attitude through fun and play. Activities are designed to get children engaged in non-competitive interactive games and sports which emphasize flexibility, confidence and emotional well being to build stronger minds and bodies.
No Class March 1
Walk taller, run faster, feel stronger- it all starts with your core! Build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises to strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase overall flexibility.

Whether it's soccer, kickball, hockey, capture the flag, or anything else they and the instructor can come up with, kids will spend time learning and playing whichever game they love best!
