TRX Training

TRX Suspension Training® was created by a Navy SEAL to stay in peak condition while on missions where conventional fitness equipment was not available. Because of its effectiveness it is becoming the functional training system of choice for elite units of every branch of the Armed Forces. The TRX's effectiveness and versatility as the ultimate bodyweight exercise tool has pushed it far beyond the realm of the battlefield and into the JCC. TRX Rip Training® utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.

6 Week Intro Classes

Members who are new to TRX training must complete a 6 week intro session before attending the FREE weekly classes.  We are offering 2 classes this winter to get you in great shape!

Weekly classes

Classes are free and open to all members who purchased a class pass in 2014 or completed a 6 week intro.  Classes include workouts on the TRX Suspension and the Rip trainers. .
