The Wonderful Thing About Water ... Natural Resistance With No Impact
Dive into our 25 yard, heated swimming pool with lifeguard on duty. With exercise classes, lap swim and open pool time this is the place where you can do cardiovascular work, toning and stretching without even breaking a sweat!
A choice of paddles, noodles and a little dance may all be included in the full hour of water excercise set to music.
An excellent aerobic, strength and strength training program. High Intensity and low impact; the instructor chooses class format and equipment.
Spend the first 35 minutes challenging your endurance and the last 25 strengthening your core muscles and improving your balance. All in an hour set to music.

Add the resistance of water to your spinning. Includes warm-up, high-intensity spin, cool down and stretch all in 45 minutes. This is a great 30 minute cardio work-out. Must wear water shoes to take this class. Class is limited to 13 bikes.
LOTS of fun in shallow water to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. A SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
This low impact workout will challenge those who need to get into shape, have arthritis, or have had joint problems. This class incorporates low cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and balance work.
Latin dance beats follow exercisers into the pool in this unique blend of water aerobics and dance.
