The Wonderful Thing About Water ... Natural Resistance With No Impact

Dive into our 25 yard, heated swimming pool with lifeguard on duty. With exercise classes, lap swim and open pool time this is the place where you can do cardiovascular work, toning and stretching without even breaking a sweat!

Latin dance beats follow exercisers into the pool in this unique blend of water aerobics and dance.

Aquaerobics

This low impact workout will challenge those who need to get into shape, have arthritis, or have had joint problems. This class incorporates low cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and balance work.

Aqua Spin Plus

Hop on for an intense total body workout. This complete training involves alternating high energy cardio phase with intervals of activity using equipment for resistance. This is a superior total body workout. Must wear aqua shoes to participate. Class is limited to 15 spin bikes.

Hydro Tone

Spend an hour in the deep water with water aerobics, low impact on joints but a high impact on your cardiovascular system. You may wear a floatation belt for additional support.

H20 HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training

30 minuntes of HIIT  in the deep and shallow ends of the pool, finished with 30 minutes of spinning.  Must wear aqua shoes to participate.
