The Pickleball craze continues! You might have heard about the hottest new game or even played. If you would like to learn the game or improve your Pickleball skills, come to a clinic series. Review rules, strokes and strategies. 2 week series. All Sessions are Tuesday 2p-3p

NEW Fall Basketball League . The 2015-2016 Men's over 30 league revs up early this year. Open scrimmage for league participants on Wednesday during August with games starting August 31st. Teams(6) drafted August 29th so registration after is as needed only 10 games plus playoffs. Refs provided with award banquet at end of season. It's not just pick up anymore!

Join in the fun with our 5k road race. Run starts on Edgewood Ave going on to the scenic canal winding over and back to Meridian Park, finishing at the JCC. First 200 runners receive long sleeve t-shirt! Race starts 9:30am
Pickleball keeps growing so to take your game to the next level, try the advanced league. Participants must be a minimum 4.0 level player or above. (JCC reserves the right to determine participant's skill level).10 week league with playoffs and 2 divisions.Limited to 24 players
Member registration opens August 8th and non member registration open August 15th
Popular Ladder format begins play on Monday September 12th. 10 weeks of competitive play with rotating partners. Beginner to Intermediate skill level (2.5-3.9 level only. JCC reserves the right to asses and accpet players based on skill level)-lots of fun and a great way to improve your game. Limited to 24 players. Minimum 2.5 skill level.
Registration for members opens Monday August 8th and for non members Monday August 15th
Instruction for beginners and intermediate level players. Lessons are 45 minutes long and will focus on fundamentals of handball or racquetball skills in a comfortable and positive environment. All equipment provided.
Self defense system developed in Israel consisting of a wide variety of combination of techniques for realistic situations. Used by the Israel Defense Teams, you will gain fitness, confidence as well as defensive skills. Classes Monday, Wednesday, 6p-7p, 7p-8p
Krav Multi Pass can be used for any 5 Krav Maga classes. Krav Maga is a self defense system developed in Israel consisting of a wide variety of combination of techniques for realistic situations. Used by the Israel Defense Teams, you will gain fitness, confidence as well as defensive skills. Classes Monday, and Wednesday, 6-7pm and 7-8pm.
