Group Cycling

Looking for a cardio class that is both fun, challenging and doable? Want to strengthen your hamstrings, quads, and glutes while burning lots of fat and calories? Want to increase your stamina? The Group Cycling program brings the road inside to YOU! Based on the principles of outdoor cycling and utilizing proven coaching principles, this program is based on the premise that anyone, any age or ability can achieve their personal fitness goals and dreams.

CYCLE For HOPE - No Regularly Scheduled Classes

We are participating in the Cycle for Hope on
Saturday, January 31 from 9am-2pm. The Cycle for Hope is an indoor cycling
fundraiser for Golisano Children's Hospital as well as Camp Good Days and
Special Times. It is open to members and non members, the cost is $20 per
hour on the bike.

Group Cycling - Short Spin/Orientation

Your instructor/coach for the day will take you on a "virtual bike ride" and encourage you to respond to imaginary hills, valleys and flats by changing your resistance, pace and body position. Classes vary in length from 30-120 minutes. All classes end with a stretching period. If you are new to the program, please come 5 minutes early to meet with the instructor for proper bike set-up prior to your first ride.
