People who meditate tend to be calmer, happier, friendlier, and more resourceful. Meditation can be very easy when you know how to do it properly. Bring a blanket or yoga mat or use a chair. Class is limited to 15 participants.

The practice of being mindful is a new way of relating to yourself and the world around you. Through experiential learning of research-based guided mindfulness practices, participants will see how these practices affect both their inner and outer lives.
