Through the JCC's WELLNESS PROGRAMS you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in healthy lifestyle practices and learn skills for making choices and creating positive changes. Join us in this exploration by enrolling in one of our yoga, pilates, or wellness courses or just treating yourself to a massage or healing arts session.
