Early weeks begin with skills, clinics, and practice games, followed by a nine-week regular season and playoff. Participants will receive a team T-shirt and photo and enjoy an end-of-season award party.

This class mixes basic moves for walking, punching, kicking, and set work with games. The aim is for each child to improve his or her balance, coordination, and level of fitness, while having fun.
