JCC Rochester Fitness on Facebook Looking for a cardio class that is both fun, challenging and doable? Want to strengthen your hamstrings, quads, and glutes while burning lots of fat and calories? Want to increase your stamina? The Group Cycling program brings the road inside to YOU! Developed by an outdoor cyclist and utilizing proven coaching principles, this program is based on the premise that anyone, any age or ability can achieve their personal fitness goals and dreams.

Your instructor/coach for the day will take you on a "virtual bike ride" and encourage you to respond to imaginary hills, valleys and flats by changing your resistance, pace and body position. Classes vary in length from 30-120 minutes. All classes end with a stretching period. If you are new to the program, a short spin/orientation class is recommended for proper bike set-up prior to your first full length ride.
