If you have Preferred Care Gold, Gold AnyWhere or Humana PFFS New York health insurance, you are eligible for a Free Membership to the JCC. With the assistance of Preferred Care, SilverSneakers® members can participate in the SilverSneakers® classes and other free classes that the JCC offers to our members. SilverSneakers® Members must swipe their SilverSneakers® Card each time they visit the JCC, and prizes are given out to those members with the most visits each month. The SilverSneakers® program provides members with

• Social interaction with other members

Join the SilverSneakers Walking Club!
August 26th & September 9th
Meet at the main desk every other Tuesday at noon. Our walk lasts approximately 45 minutes down the canal and back. Don't forget your water bottle and sneakers.
