For safety reasons, latecomers will not be admitted. For all other classes, if you're late, please be sure to warm up properly before joining in. Please Note: Monday, September 1st - Only a 9:30am BodyPump with Dennis (60min) and 10:45am Cardio Kick with Dennis (45mon) will meet, both in the Dance Studio. The Cornell Sports and Fitness Complex will be open for your personal use from 9am - 1:30pm. |
