4th Annual Indoor Triathalon

Great competitive event to challenge your fitness. Set your goal to finish your triathlon or improve on your previous time! Event consists of a 15 min swim, 15 min bike, and 15 min run with a 5 minute transition time in between. Prizes to our top participants, with certificate of completion, and goodie bags for every participant.

Intro to Mixed Martial Arts for Adults and Teens
Tuesdays and Thursdays (class meets twice a week)
January 10- February 16; 7:45-8:45pm in the InZone Class room
Come learn the basics of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) in a fast paced, challenging, safe and intensely fun class. In this six week course, you will learn how professional Mixed Martial Artists get in fighting shape as well as the basics of Striking, Grappling, Positioning and of course Submissions. If you are a fan of the UFC or MMA, this course will give you a much better understanding of why Mixed Martial Arts is on a meteoric rise in popularity.

Instructors: David Kalish and Mike Palmer, both hold Black Belts in Karate and Jujitsu and have a combined total of nearly fifty years experience in Martial Arts.
Swing Dance Lessons

Recruit your athletes from work for a great workout at lunchtime. You can have your team from your place of employment or you can make up a team at the gym. All ability levels are welcome. Free to all members. Non-members pay a guest fee and sign in at the desk. This is an ongoing program.

JCC Men’s Over 30 Wednesday Nite Basketball League - Hurry, registration closing!
Wednesdays, 7-9:30pm - 10 weeks plus playoffs
Registration opens Monday October 3rd and scrimmage Wednesday November 9th. League games begin Wednesday December 7th. Teams will be created by those registered by December 5th. Registration after December 5th will only be as needed. Off the glass, no net. Its time for basketball. The 2011 Men’s over 30 league revs up to play so sign up early. Racquetball / Handball Court Usage
The JCC along with the Racquetball and Handball Committee is implementing a prime-time court usage policy effective November 1st thru April 30th. Prime court time will be for CONTINOUS members, 18 years and older. During prime court time, no court reservations will be accepted. In order to play during the prime court time, a player MUST be registered. Please contact Brian Dengler at 461-2000 x 248 to register. A current roster will be maintained on the bulletin board outside Court 1.
