Pilates exercises are a great way to strengthen and lengthen the body. Work out on the reformer and chair to get stronger, leaner, improve your posture and say goodbye to back pain! We offer small group classes, with a maximum of 4 participants, private and semi-private instruction in our Pilates Apparatus Studio. Sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
