Ab Lab - Bust your gut and tone your abs using a variation of floor exercises.

BodyAttack™-Jump, kick, and move your body to a group training session for a better total body. Train your body through cardiovascular and strength developing athletic movements—push yourself to new limits. Reshape your body!

BodyPump™ - The original barbell and weight class. Squat, press, curl and lift your way to a different you. This class with not only change you, but will challenge your physical ability.

Butts and Guts —Take your abs and legs to a new level with this group strength training circuit. With the aid of several different types of equipment, tone and strengthen your body from head to toe in this interval circuit session.

CardioHoop - an informal, fun-filled, hoop dance environment that promotes social engagement! Hoop dance is a great way to loose inches on your waist, strengthen your core, tone your body, and increase your cardio endurance, all while having fun and socializing.

Cardio Step - High intensity step aerobics. Choreographed movements designed to provide the cardiovascular benefits of running with biomechanical risks of walking.

Cardio Kick/Step -Choreographed movements designed to increase cardio endurance using patterns incorporating the step benches and kick boxing moves.

Core Challenge- For those already doing cardio training. Emphasizes upper and lower body muscles, and an extended flexibility/stretching segment.

FIVE- This class will give you a killer workout with a simple premise, complete 5 reps of 5 different exercises, using different equipment and body weight. Each week will be a new challenge!

HardCore- A total body strengthening system using weights, Bosus, tubing, and stability ball for an entire body building experience!

Healthy Back- Learn techniques to strengthen your core, proper stretching and relaxation for pain management.*

Hi/Lo Impact- Cardiovascular aerobics designed to fit the needs of hi or lo impact needs. Choose your intensity and train your body improving cardiovascular strength.*

H.I. Training- High Intensity Training using techniques like ladder work, resistance partner running, and even getting all that aggression out by hitting a tractor tire with a sledge hammer! Functional training designed to wake up all your muscles!

Kettlebells- Dynamic training that delivers an intense workout in half the time of a traditional workout. Uses strength training movements incorporating the kettlebells. Different weight options available.

Low Impact- Aerobic exercise specifically designed for adults over age 50. Improves flexibility, endurance, muscle strength and coordination. Also great for participants new to regular exercise.*

SilverSneakers® I-MSROM- Variety of exercises designed for the senior adult– increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Use hand held weights, resitance bands, and a ball. The class remains seated for the majority of the class.*

SilverSneakers® II-Cardio Circuit- Increase cardiovascular development in level two. This standing circuit workout will build upper body strength using a variety of equipment and challenge the lower body with choreographed non impact aerobics.*

Silver&Fit® 1- Explore- For older adults with no prior experience with exercise programs. This class is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, muscular strenght and cardiovascular endurance. *

Silver&Fit® 2– Experience– For moderately active older adults who regularly exercise 1-2 days per week. This class designed to incease and challenge flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.*

SoulSweat™- an exhilarating barefoot dance experience that enchances coordination, tones your body, increases your dynamic flow of energy and awakens your creative spirit.

Total Body Workout- Add more to your impact aerobic training program with a mixed level of impact aerobics included with muscular conditioning and strengthening. Class length is longer to accommodate the wide variety of training.*

Train Raw– Ropes Anywhere Workout– It’s fast, furious and Functional! Our newest functional training class using ropes of varying thickness, length and weight. Swing, jump and slam your way to a whole new level of fitness!

Xtreme Body- This interval-based class will vary from week to week using medicine balls, kettlebells, weighted bars, bands, Bosus, steps & more! Challenge yourself in ways you never knew you could. Expect the unexpected, but there is one thing you can count on....a great workout and a lot of fun!

Zumba®- Dance your way through a good sweat. Infuzed with latin, hip hop and international influences, you won’t even know that you are exercising! Feel the music and beat and get moving!
