Kettlebells

Do you want to work out "strongman style," stay in shape, compete in sports, or just lose a few pounds?
Whatever your goal is, we've got a workout for you.
Kettlebells are making a comeback. Kettlebells provide us with dynamic training routines that deliver an intense workout producing twice the results in half the time of a traditional workout.
We also offer private lessons on how to get a total body workout using the Kettlebells. Learn how to execute Olympic style lifting, basic swinging techniques, core toning exercises and much more.

Boot Camp I/A
Are you ready to take your workout to the next level? High intensity cardio intervals fused with strength intervals.

Cardio Circuit B/I/A
Training with intervals of cardio fused with intervals of strength training.

Cardio Kick I/A
Punch, kick, jab and smile to a more fit you.

Chair-ercise S
Variety of exercises designed for the senior adult, performed seated on a chair.

Choice Impact I/A
The best of both worlds aerobically, with minimal stress to the musculoskeletal system. High and low impact aerobics are demonstrated; choose what you like best. Toning too!

Core Challenge B/I/A
For those already doing cardiovascular workout. Emphasizes upper and lower body muscles; utilizes bands, weights, Resist-a-Balls and an extended flexibility/stretching segment.

Core Stability B/I/A
Improve posture while strengthening your backs and abs using balls and Bosus.

Healthy Back B/I/A
Learn techniques to strenghten your back and core, proper stretching and relaxtion for pain management.

Hip Hop B/I/A
Burn calories and increase your cardiovascular level by learning funky dance steps.

Learn the basics of running and enjoy benefits of a great cardio workout.

Aerobic exercise specifically designed for adults over 50 - improves flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and tone. Also great for participants new to regular exercise.

MuscleFlex* B/I/A
Group strength training - work every muscle group using a Bosu, a variable weight barbell, and other equipment. Includes warm-up and flexibility segments.

Pump Challenge A
Test your strength threshold with one of the most challenging workouts yet. Using a circuit format, we will put you through the workout of your life!

SilverSneakers® I B/S
Variety of exercises designed for the senior adult - Increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Use hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a ball for resistance, and a chair for seated/standing support.

SilverSneakers® II B/I
Increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support.

Simply Stretching B/I/A
45 minutes of gentle stretches for the entire body, appropriate for all levels. Must be able to get up and down from floor.

Step I/A
Choreographed exercises using a step.

Step Interval I/A
Choreographed step exercises fused with strength intervals.

Step Cardio Circuit I/A
High intensity aerobic moves utilizing steps or bosus, alternating with Powerflex strength training intervals to work all major muscle groups; great cross training!

Stretch & Flex S
Gentle exercise designed for seniors.

Senior Flex & Stretch B/S
Strengthening and stretching exercises modified for the senior adult.

Total Body Workout I/A
A head-to-toe workout including lo or hi-lo impact aerobics (35-40 min.), conditioning workout and strengthening to shape, tone & stretching to increase flexibility.

Turbo Kick™ B/S
Created by fitness celebrity Chalene Johnson, this class will maximize your workout with ab sculpting moves and fat burning cardio! Filled with boxing, karate, hip hop and funk! Come join the party! Suitable for all.

Zumba® B/I/A
It's the hottest craze and it's here! Dance you way to a good sweat. Zumbe fitness has hip hop, Latin and international influence. You won't even know you're exercising.
