The JCC's fitness introduction program is a great way to ensure you start out on the right track and stay healthy and fit all year long. With the help of one of our nationally certified personal trainers, we not only help you get into the habit of exercising but help to keep you going by creating a personalized fitness program tailored to your needs!
The program is FREE for new members & includes:
- Two 1-hour sessions with a nationally certified personal trainer include: % body fat analysis, blood pressure, strength and cardiovascular tests, target heart rate, realistic and attainable goal setting, nutrition information and exercise plan.
